Now that’s what I call Derby!
We played against Leads Roller Dolls yesterday and I think it was one of my favorite bouts. We didn’t come back with a win, but our team worked so well together. We took the bad things from our last game and really improved on them!! Had a few of those games where your just sync up to a few players on the track and you know exactly what is going to happen.
Can’t wait to improve again on what we learned from this game and to step it up one game at a time.

Bad training session, within 5 minutes of having my skates on I had to take them off again… One fall, one fall and my knee is in bits. It keeps catching when I bend it :( I actually wanted to cry, *What a baby can’t even get past warmups..* . I’m just frustrated finally feel as if I’m getting back into the swing of training etc and my knee does a STUPID..
The one successful part of the day however! I came home from crappy training and I did not run to the nachos for comfort food!! I even tried to clean out the cat litter box, feel over due to crap knee and landed in the cat shit dust and STILL did not go for the nachos. Fresh Pineapple ohm nom nom nom.

Healthy smealthy!!
So I can’t do diets.. Or healthy eating at all. What i have decided to do however is make myself just eat better! i know diets are a bad idea as you generally can’t stick to them for a long period but just being more conscious about what I eat / drink is a good start right?
Today alone I eat bad but good if that makes sense. What I ate wasn’t great but I reduced the shitness I usually have down which is a good thing and something I should be able to continue with! Simple things like no sugar in my tea reduced my bad sugar intake by 6 spoons!!
Hopefully ill just think before I open my mouth from now on ;)
It’s going to be an terrifyingly amazing year for both of us I hope!! With NO blocks knocked off!

A week or two ago I was just sitting there minding my own business and then the realization that I play for a division one team in Europe hit me. This both excites and terrifies me..

I made the A-team.. (holy shit) I have there for joined the gym!! The month of skates due to my back has caused me to loose all my stamina, I can still go fast but it hurts, dear god my lunges are on fire and then because I can’t focus on my stance my back starts to hurt. Gym and a nice program done up by a very nice instructor will get me fit, and strong!
Derby is a drug
